Membership application: Hereby I request membership at GNBF. I agree with club rules of GNBF as well as GNBF Anti-Doping-Rules. GNBF fights doping in any form. Therefore I agree that my personal data is given to the Institute Global Quality Sports (GQS) for doing possible drug-testing of myself in conjunction with GNBF Championships (in competition) as well as out of competition (Off-Season-Tests). I can take back this agreement anytime via E-Mail at berend@gnbf.de If doing so, I will instantly looses GNBF Membership, got banned lifetime from GNBF membership and are not allowed to compete at GNBF Championships anymore. I am fully aware of GNBF Anti-Doping-Rules and in this connection I also accept the paragraph No. 6 within this Rules that include the fact that if i had been a GNBF member before and want to join the GNBF again as a member, that I have to wait a six-month-timespan valid with the date of my renewed membership before i am eligible to compete at GNBF Championships again. In case of a self-payment no-advance doping-test this timespan shortens to 3 month. This rule is one part for optimizing the Anti-Doping-Strategy of GNBF.
